When dentists, dental specialists, doctors, and plastic surgeons need complex dental work, they trust Dr. Mamaly Reshad.
A prosthodontist plans the whole result before treatment starts, then carries it out. When a case calls for an orthodontist, an endodontist or a periodontist, the prosthodontist is, in Dr. Reshad's word, the quarterback.
One of the fewer than 2% of dentists with three to four additional years of specialist training, he has spent over 30 years focused on complex reconstruction and full mouth rehabilitation. As Former Chairman of Fixed and Operative Dentistry at USC, he trained future dentists and specialists. He is also a published author of multiple peer-reviewed articles and journals, a contributing author to textbooks in aesthetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and prosthodontics, and an international lecturer.
From Single Tooth to Full Mouth Reconstruction
Whether it’s one tooth or every tooth, the care, planning, and precision are the same.
Foundations First, Then the Smile
From one tooth to a full reconstruction, every treatment starts with a diagnosis and a plan worked back from the result.

All Services
Ten treatments, each with its own page and the cases behind it.
The whole result is planned before the first tooth is touched. The chair time is the shortest part.
The way an architect works: the structure drawn before the ground is broken, then built by the person who drew it.
- Planned from the endAt the first visit we already know what the finished result looks like. You receive two or three written plans, read aloud to you, before anything begins.
- Foundations firstNothing is restored on a tooth that is not sound. Infection, bone and bite are settled before a crown ever goes on.
- Preserve what is yoursEnamel is not spent lightly. A tooth that can be kept is kept. One that cannot is replaced as part of a plan for the next chapter, not as a patch.
- Built for decadesMost reconstructions are expected to last about fifteen years. Ours are planned for the decades after that, backed by a one-year warranty and then by maintenance.
“If you really understand the topic, you can teach it.”
That is the saying Dr. Reshad gives when asked why his teaching should matter to a patient who will never attend a lecture. “Knowing that your doctor is a teacher means that he knows the job well.”
He has lectured to other dentists for twenty years, after a master's with distinction from the Eastman Dental Institute in London and an advanced prosthodontics residency at USC, where he stayed on to teach. A lecture puts the work itself in front of the room: “slide after slide of your work on a big screen.”
“When you're teaching you become more meticulous in your attention to detail and execution.” Your own treatment is planned and carried out to the standard he has to show in front of his peers.

The Equipment, and the Hands
The practice reinvests in its equipment every year. The skill is the doctor's.
Digital Planning
Every case is planned on screen before anything is made, so the result is designed first and the treatment follows it.
Digital Smile Design
See your new smile before treatment begins. Our digital design tools create a blueprint for the result.
3D Printing & Milling
Onsite fabrication lab with 3D printing and CAD/CAM milling, so restorations are made and adjusted in house.
CT Scan Technology
Advanced cameras, X rays, and CT scan technology for detailed treatment mapping.
